Hire us

Engineers who have already done it, for as long as you need them.

One bench, one contract, every discipline we staff. Tell us what is in the way and we put the person who has met it before next to your team — in your standups, reviewing in your repo, leaving behind something your own engineers can run.

The bench

Find the discipline you came for.

Every discipline we staff, with the stack each one actually works in. Filter to the one you need.

How it is shaped

Take one person, a squad, or the whole function.

Start where the need is sharpest and change shape as it moves. The terms are the same whichever you pick: billed in arrears, notice the same length in both directions, and no charge for the handover at the end.

One engineer

A specialist alongside your team for a known piece of work — a migration, a stubborn subsystem, a gap while you recruit.

A squad

A handful of people who have worked together before, with one of them answerable for delivery. For work that has a shape but no team to give it to.

A whole function

Platform, QA or data engineering run as a service until you are ready to take it in-house — and handed over properly when you are.

What happens next

You meet the person before you commit.

No account manager in the middle, no stack of CVs to wade through. From the first call to the first standup:

  1. A call. You describe the system, the constraint, and what has already been tried.
  2. We come back with the people we would put on it, and why those people.
  3. You interview them. If none of them is right, we say so rather than sending more.
  4. They start in your tools, on your standups, in your repo.

Where we have done this before

The sectors that keep calling us back.

Regulated or not, the pattern is usually the same: a system that worked until it had to scale, and a team already at capacity.

A claim here is worth less than the write-ups. Read what the work actually produced — the problem, what was built, and what changed afterwards.

Before you ask

The things worth knowing first.

Are these your people, or contractors you find for us?

Ours. They are on our payroll, they have worked together before, and they stay with you for the length of the engagement rather than rotating through it. We do not subcontract, and we do not source from freelance marketplaces.

How quickly can someone start?

We come back with names within days of the first call, and they start as soon as you have met them and said yes. If a discipline is fully committed, you hear that on the call rather than after it.

What if it is not working out?

Notice is short and the same in both directions. If the fit is wrong early we replace the person and you are not billed for the overlap — we would rather fix it than hold you to a contract that is not working.

Can we take them on permanently?

Yes. Someone who wants to join you should be able to, and we would rather hand a person over than lose a client over it. The terms are agreed before they start, so it is never a negotiation held over your head later.

Which hours do you work?

The team is in Bengaluru, and hours are set per engagement so there is live overlap with your working day rather than a handover at the end of it. Standups, reviews and incidents happen with people in the room, not in a queue overnight.

Who owns the code, and how is our data handled?

You own everything from the first commit, written into the contract rather than assumed. We are ISO 27001 certified, and data engagements run to GDPR and HIPAA where the work calls for it.

Tell us what is in the way

One call, and we will tell you whether it is worth doing.

If the honest answer is that you do not need us, you will hear that too.
