- You describe the problem. We ask questions — mostly about constraints, the systems already in place, and what has been tried.
- We tell you how we would approach it, roughly what it takes, and where the risk sits.
- You get a written summary the same week. No obligation and no follow-up sequence.
Who you will speak to
Whoever is closest to your problem. Depending on what you bring, that is an architect, a delivery lead or the head of the relevant practice — often someone who would work on it. What we will not do is put a script in front of you. And if we are not the right firm, we will say so on the call and point you somewhere better where we can.
